What also stood out to me was that the patient had trigeminal neuralgia, which is a common symptom of MS, and he had that underdeveloped dural sinus and internal jugular. Very sad case.

I was also interested in their belief that the collateral veins that develop ought to be enough to address the problem of underdeveloped or missing veins. Yes, maybe we also ought to be examining why collateral veins are not enough. Maybe our problem is the blood itself or the attributes of our particular blood vessels after all.

hello Bluesky.. yes, there is a lot in a little here... yes, very sad. Doing this research uncovers so many sad stories.
My belief in the vascular theory is strong. This belief hangs on the fine thread and the fact that many of my early onset symptoms were dismissed by my neurologists. I now understand that all of these symptoms are common to many of us. These symptoms can now be explained.
