Iron in brain and other neurological diseases

Post by Ernst »

There has been lot of discussion about iron in MS brain - and research about this is at least 10 yrs old.. and some are even older studies. So iron in brain is scientifically proved with MS. (thanks to mr. Haacke with splendid work too). I red that there are iron accumulation in brain with other neurological diseases too, like parkinson (alzheimer too?).
so my question: what are the differences between MS and other neurological diseases with iron accumulation?
