Blood Analysis

Post by Algis »

What is the pinnacle of blood analysis; assuming that I am letting a whole 250cc in a lab for tests/integrations purposes.
In clear it means I have "one" opportunity to ask any (at least I think) lab test on my blood.

Any table or list?

Thanks.

My lists includes:

Red Blood Cell and serum levels of zinc--this is probably the most imp test for someone with MS--very often deficient

definitely a test measuring for essential and metabolic fatty acids--for many with MS, will show a need for GLA (get this in Evening Primrose Oil)--also shows if too much saturated fats.

Vitamin B 12 is super imp for nerves--worth getting levels tested.

Thyroid often low with MS--test should include TSH, T3 and T4 levels

Liver enzyme panel

Vit D- get your vit d levels tested-- test is 25(OH)D
this is quite often low in MSers and those with cardiovascular and venous problems

Iron panel--appears might be some correlation between excess iron and MS
