I have had a grounding mat for about a week. I'm sleeping better and waking more alert. It does feel odd though - I can feel old MS damage coming to the surface - I hope this is a healing thing as I feel good in other ways. I am going to continue cautiously.

agatha, do you have the mat for the bed? i got one that will fit half the bed. i'm hopeing that legs from knees down will be enough as i have bladder issues. i also got one to use at the computer. i have to depend on others to plug in etc. but hopeing to start use this week. it makes sence and it's cheap and won't harm. aaaaawwwwhhh sometimes just a good nights sleep or anything for the positive.
