Preparation for appt in Barrie on Tuesday (15FEB11)

Post by Hope66 »

Hi all...

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I've been waiting so long for this appt I don't want to screw it up!

Is there anything I need to do to prepare? I suppose what I'm wondering is if I should avoid eating/drinking before the scan.

I don't ever recall reading anything in this regard and my search turned up nothing.

Thanks all!
Hope

You can eat or drink anything you want, at least that's what I did as there were NO restrictions.

Don't wear a turtleneck though. They might not give you a gown (they didn't a year ago) and they use the gel quite liberally.

Good luck.

CCSVI-Atlanta requested I drink 16oz water within 90 minutes of testing.

Good luck,

Put your hair up in a pony tail, otherwise you'll get goop in your hair as I did. :)

Best of luck!
