Newly diagnosed and new to this site

Post by 3dogs »

Just a quick note to introduce myself. :)

I'm 41 and recently diagnosed. Still trying to believe it. Still mad about it but trying to focus on the positives. So far my symptoms have been pretty mild so this diagnosis is still a shocker. I'm glad I found this community and am looking forward to getting to know you all and learn from you. Hopefully I'll be able to contribute information, too!

Hi. Sorry we are both here, but I suppose we should be glad there is a place to be. Hope you find the support you are looking for. Good luck and try to keep the positive attitude. I am trying to do the same.

Hi 3Dogs! Welcome!

I was diagnosed in 2001, and STILL get mad about it sometimes, so don't feel bad about that! But staying as positive as you can is definitely the right way to go. Hang in there--and explore some of the different areas of the forums. Great group of knowledgeable, helpful people here!
