I am 1 month post ccsvi gluten/dairy/free for 1 month as well. I just began my inclined bed therapy last night. Woke up w/ big headache, but i guess that could be normal from what I have read----------Any tips I should know from you more experienced inclined sleepers?

I don't know, for me inclining my bed felt better right away, I slept better and dreamt better. I never had headaches as a result of IBT. I guess see what you think over a few days and stay hydrated also to see if that helps. I put my bed flat after treatment for a month, to maximize blood flow through the jugulars and protect against clotting, then inclined it again.
