Agree. check out the endothelial health program, Dania. It's all about keeping the lining of our blood vessels healthy and maintaining nitric oxide balance. Based on cardiovascular Dr. John Cooke's research. Hope it helps-- I wrote it up for Jeff and he's doing well on it.

while i am no longer sure that it is inevitable, restenosis of veins is common for other diesases. the extra large balloons took their toll, for sure but i think we are making progress with angioplasty

I developed scarring in all 3 veins which are now totally occluded. Thanks, Cheer but at this point nothing can help with the scarring. At least that is what Dr Siskin and Dr Arata told me. I am thinking of a vein bypass which Dr Spagnola in Italy did on a patient with amazing results.

I know I'm gonna check out TOS and CTOS before I get angioplasty to rule out any outside pressure on the vein

I know I am excited that the technique is being tweaked and is looking very positive (thanks for sharing CeCe) for those people coming up. This is a huge advancement.

Is anyone looking at what can be done for those who have experienced these major issues with their veins? If we believe this procedure is beneficial to our health then we also believe that if we lose these veins we will be much worse.

On an aside, I think the endothelial heath program should be a first step prior to having the procedure done. If it makes the difference in how your veins will respond to the procedure than maybe some of these other issues will not be such a factor.
