So has anyone had the procedure, had zero immediate improvement, but slowly improved over time?

the only things I noticed withing the first week were better handwriting, typing and other fine motor things (very subtle), but over the last six months I have continued to see improvements including wearing high heels to my brothers wedding (it had been years).

When I get stressed though, averything slides back, it is truly amazing how much it can affect me.

always look on the bright side of life

Veins opened 10/15/10. RIJV still on the small side. Feeling much better.

I had no noticeable improvement for the first few weeks (though folks said I "looked" better), then steady improvement for a couple of months (especially fatigue and balance), then mostly a plateau since then with some slight improvement over the remainder of my first year including, most recently, warmer feet.
