Please have a look at the article on the link below. Even the diagrams are useful. I have always felt the EBV link would eventually be established and have taken Avonex and Valtrex for over a decade which now looks like a reasonable practice to have pursued. (despite hating Avonex for its side effects). I have a potted history of what I have been doing under the Regimes section of the forum under the heading of Avonex and Valtrex. I will now seek some medical advice about the right sort of Vitamin D and add that to the process.

Please read the attached. It's the best thing I've seen on MS ever.

Good article. Excellent graphics.

FWIW the upper part of my throat has been shredded by I'm assuming EBV. And whenever I relapse it itches like crazy.

I'm similar but I don't itch. I just feel like I have a neck made of steel cords. If I crank up the Valtrex it helps to control that.
