Hi, I just wanted to know how someone would interpret these results from my CSF test.
OLIGOCLONAL BANDING
Component Results
Component Your Value Standard Range Units
Oligo Bands2 1OLG
I can't even tell if this means that they found oligoclonal bands.
Thanks for any input.

Re: Oligo Bands
Hi Shuff, I can't tell what that means either! But... on MY LP, they also listed their "findings" or "impressions" or something at the end. They should compare the number of O-Bands they find in your CSF with your blood. Take another look at your report and see if they expand on that.shuff wrote:Hi, I just wanted to know how someone would interpret these results from my CSF test.

Dx'd with MS & HNPP (hereditary peripheral neuropathy) 7/03 but must have had MS for 30 yrs before that. I've never taken meds for MS except 1 yr experiment on LDN. (I found diet, exercise, sleep, humor, music help me the most.)
