Spms ccsvi treatment

Seeking anyone who has experienced improvements from a second venoplasty. I was rrms and had treatment in November 2010 with dramatic improvements. It held for 2 years and this past year I have been on a slow declining path. I feel as though I'm entering the world of spms. Before I make my decision to repeat the procedure, I want to know if there is anyone who has had a similar experience. Thanks in advance.
