Which pattern is more characteristic of MS?

I got my blood test back and my b12 levels were completely normal.

Further indulging me into the possibility of MS. I have a question for all of you here. I get warm patches at random times on my extremities(and recently an eyelid) for 7 months now. I am wondering if any of you could give input on whether initial symptoms of oncoming MS is solely concentrated on a certain part/nerve, or would it be sporadic?

These patches only last for 5 seconds at a time and have been typically 1-3 times a day in random spots.

Everyone is affected differently. What does your doctor say? Have you seen a neurologist?
