The first prospective population-based study of dietary patterns and risk for multiple sclerosis (MS) has found no relationship between eating a high-quality, healthy diet and a reduced risk of developing MS.

And who exactly determined what the "high-quality, healthy diet" was and what premise was used to determine it? While I truly believe it is possibly to affect the ultimate outcome through diet, the "high-quality, healthy diet" is likely not what modern society would expect or accept.
