what do you guys think about this?

It seems to be much more deleterious than tysabri if you are JC virus ab negative and more deleterious than b cell depleters like rituxan/ocrelizumab/ofatumumab

~25% of acquired autoimmune disease, infusion reactions, infections.

mouse doctor notes that some people with relapsing multiple sclerosis have long term remission after treatment with lemtrada, and there is even some data in SPMS.

I know some people who took the drug in one of the phase III trial-one of them had disseminated shingles. They all did well in terms of not having MS relapses though
