News: Nutra Pharma to Acquire ReceptoPharm

Nutra Pharma annouced today that ReceptoPharm signed a letter of intent to be fully acquired by Nutra Pharma.

LOL...I think they were talking about the combined market potential of HIV, MS and AMN markets...or the drugs will cost a lot!
