Lhermitte sign question

Does Lhermitte sign go away after the first flexion of the neck?, i just want to know since when i flex my neck forward nothing happens, however, when i flex it fast enough i would get an electric sensation to both my arms up to the tip, but no such sensation in the back to the lower extremites, and after i get the first shock the next head flexions i did with comparable speed did not produce the sensation only the first one

Erm, and can MS manifest as a dropping palate on one side only? MRI I had came back clean though, other than that i had body twitches all over and had hypnic jerks that I have been aware of for the forst time in my life, dunno if its stress/anxiety or something significant already
