Brand new to forum. Not diagnosed.

Question. About 4 days ago, I had a seizure at home. Husband found me on floor. Took me to ER. Bit my tongue hard. Stayed a day and a half. Prolactin levels up near mid 80s. Said I had a seizure. Age: 52. FIrst ever. MRI at hosp showed "Multiple areas of gliosis" which, when I try to research it, seems to constantly come up with MS. Am I making a quantum leap? I've not even seen a neuro yet. That's two weeks away. Worried. Confused. Already back to work (school teacher) altho still feeling a bit foggy (getting better, slowly but surely). Does anyone know? I realize I'm asking for opinions, but the hospital doctor said he saw things on the MRI that he wouldn't normally expect to see on someone as young as 52.....but he didn't elaborate. Is gliosis reversible? Did the gliosis cause the seizure and passing out? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
