Tecfidera & increased Acne

I was formally diagnosed with MS in November and I started taking Tecfidera in March. Apart from the random hot flushes, which are now becoming a bit more frequent. I've been bothered with an immense amount of blackheads particularly on my back.

I've always been bothered with acne through me life and at the age of 38, it does start to get a bit boring, but there are worse things.

Does anyone else taking Tecfidera experienced this?
