Vitamin B12: 542

Vitamin D 25: 42

Folate, Serum: 16.0

while deficiencies are out there, most nutrient levels are usually 'normal' - whether they're 'sufficient' or 'optimal' is a completely different question.
the units involved help determine this.

your b12 level either looks borderline or quite good, depending on units.
your d3 looks either insufficient or quite good, depending on units.
folate looks midrange or high, depending on units.
