Small studies in MS have also shown that MS Patients have a testosteron level in the lower normal bound. Increasing testosteron levels to normal high levels showed some promising effects.
As some see a link between insulin and MS this might be interesting:

Just out of interest, I had my testosterone levels checked (along with other hormones). In Australia, by default, they appear to not measure them, but estimate them based on other readings. Although I suspect they were way out (I show no "typical" signs), they came back as being near the top of the reference range for normal. By typical signs, I mean facial hair, body hair, muscular etc etc.
