G-20 summit

If it's on your mind and it has to do with multiple sclerosis in any way, post it here.

G-20 summit

Post by itsjustme »

I'm not sure if I heard this correctly as I only had the television on as background noise while I was playing a computer game. But, I thought I heard a news anchor mention how the Obmas were not invited to the big dinner. They were to attend a "working dinner". I guess to multi-task. Michelle Obama was to sit next to the author of "Harry Potter". I can only imagine what that conversation would have been like:

Michelle Obama to J. K. Rowling "So, your mother, huh?"
J. K. Rowling to Michelle Obama "So, your father, huh?"

That's just my wishful and one tract thinking. I'm sure there are more global issues to discuss.

It comforts me that these ladies turned out so well. I was dx'd when my kids were 11 and 5. I was so freaked out really for years terrified of what it would do to me. I always worried I'd ruin my kids with my fatigue lack of abillity to do things with them, my irrational terror of their and their friends germs etc. For those ladies it was a motivator in life it seems.
