How long is wait to see Dr. Dake?

Post by Montana »

After much research I have sent an email request to Dr. Dake for an appointment. Does anyone know how long it is taking for him to respond and how long the waiting list is?

Hi. I have filled out my questionnaire and sent it in. I won't be given an appointment until he receives my old MRI. It is from 2008 and I don't see that clinic anymore so the wait time is dragging. His assistant told me it was at least 4 months out, though. Hope this helps.

I put in my info about a month ago, and am awaiting a call from Dr. Dake. However, I think we must all be prepared for the possibility that his CCSVI surgeries will be suspended while they investigate the latest stent migration issue. So it could be longer than usual, or it could be never, when those of us in his queue hear back from Dr. Dake.

And if I do hear back I'll certainly have more questions about safety issues than I would have had pre-Radeck.
