weather was dry and mild before and through my cold. i have never had a relapse ive got got ppms my legs have never stopped working before. i think it was down to my body heat being high, as soon as i was cool everyting was ok.

spasms and cold feet are gone now, the weather was good when i had my cold humidity in flat was 43%

hi andrew, ive been using dehumidifier for a week, i havnt found any difference for me. the good thing ive found is by putting it in bathroom while i shower, i feel much better when i get out. my problems seem to be more with atmospheric pressure, when it cloudy im much worse.

ive ordered my dehumidifier, hope it comes today.

ive noticed when the humidity is lower i can exercise better, so i hope the dehumidifier will help me keep this at a constant level. il let you know.

hi andrew i just got my humidity meter, but i dont understand what it should be. the temp in my flat is 18 degrees and humidity is 61% is that good or bad.

i had acupuncture today, she said my feet were bleeding more than usual when needles come out. must be good circulation.
