We are more than just ms

If it's on your mind and it has to do with multiple sclerosis in any way, post it here.

We are more than just ms

Post by fee001 »

Hi!

Is there anyplace on here where you can leave your ms bag outside the door and just be you.

We are all individuals with different interests and personalities is there not anywhere that caters for our more social side.

I see there is a humour forum, but yet again its about ms. I just think its more healthy to perhaps take time out but still spend it together if you see what I mean.

How would I get something started like that, that includes people with the diagnosis but to discuss alternative more social subjects a funny side say.

You see I usually wear 2 hats, a serious one up for debate and theory, and a happy hat to laugh and joke.

Perhaps you can point me in the right direction.

You didn't look very hard. There are plenty of posts there that have nothing to do with MS...

There are many more, none of which have anything to do with MS.

Yes, that was a good one! I laughed at the pick-up lines jokes... "Hey, does this smell like trichloromethane?"

Here's one for the folks in Texas this summer...

I do actually like this board as it is a bit more serious/technical.
But agreed, a laugh never goes a miss.

Hi!

Its all about balance Paul, its all about balance.

Its good to debate and theorise, but it is also good to laugh too.

Two different rooms for two totally different subjects is good, its respectful, to those who dont find their day particularly funny.

Don't bring up balance, that is a touchy subject.
Well MS-wise at least.
