Has anyone tried it? It's supposed to be better than other mag forms at increasing mag levels in the brain.

I haven't tried magnesium threonate, but here is mention of it last December with general information on magnesium:

In the Different Types of Magnesium Supplements section I found this mention of magnesium threonate – brand-new to me.
"Magnesium threonate is a newer, emerging type of magnesium supplement that appears promising, primarily due to its superior ability to penetrate the mitochondrial membrane, and may be the best magnesium supplement on the market"
