ok no worries. for sure zinc and d3.
to clarify, if we cross reference the 'suspect' list against the 'target' list this is what you get:
suspects...........................................................targets
vitamin b complex (all of them, particularly b12)....vitamin B12: aim for at least 500 pg/mL or 370 pmol/L.
vitamin e.....................................................................pending.
vitamin d3.........................................................vitamin D3: aim for at least 100 nmol/L (40 ng/mL). preferably 125-150 nmol/L (56-60 ng/mL).
calcium.......................................................................pending
http://www.thisisms.com/forum/regimens- ... tml#p57111
ferritin........................................................................most labs should have useful ranges printed right on the results
magnesium........................................................magnesium: aim for .95-1.1 mmol/L. (or 2.3-2.7 mg/dL). this is conservative.
selenium............................................................selenium: two reference ranges found.. 0.90 to 2.00 µmol/L; 1.02 to 1.91 µmol/L, OR 80 to 150 µg/L
zinc...................................................................zinc: aim for 18.2-18.4 umol/L. (~120 ug/dL)
copper...............................................................copper: aim for 17.3-18 umol/L (or 100-114 ug/dL)..
essential polyunsaturated fatty acids................................pending
so yes, d3 and zinc would be great
copper and selenium would be good too, if you can. but you can put d3 and zinc ahead of them in line.
all right gotta get back to the urgent task

tick tock tick tock hehe
